Day 8: favourite album cover.

This was a very difficult one. But Ofcourse the legendary debut from Dismember - Like An Everflowing Stream. Not only does this album have an incredible cover, done by the the legendary dan seagrave, it’s also one of, what I consider, best albums of all time. Dan really captured the emotion emulated from the albums music, and gives an absolutely beautiful piece of art to gaze upon. Dan seagrave is my favourite artist out there, and you can tell why. Check him out. This was very had to choose, so some runners up are atheist - Unquestionable Presence, Nocturnus - Thresholds, and pretty much all the Cirith Ungol albums.

Day 7:An album that remind you of a certain event:

Black Tide - Light From Above. When it comes to underrated albums, this takes the cake. Not many people know this album but I personally place this in my top 10 of all time. I wish black tide stayed with this heavy power style. Anyway this album reminds me of my first day of high school, and the first day I met my bro peter. Ever since then this album has been a very important piece in my collection. I highly recommend.

Day 6; an album that reminds you of somewhere:
Strapping young lad - alien. This album is a monster of an album. With tracks like love? And skeksis, it makes the album impossible to no enjoy. This reminds me of a few places. The first being on the...

Day 6; an album that reminds you of somewhere:

Strapping young lad - alien. This album is a monster of an album. With tracks like love? And skeksis, it makes the album impossible to no enjoy. This reminds me of a few places. The first being on the couch in the back of the van at gigs. And the rest just being whenever I’m hanging with the bros at either the flat or out the front of ding. This is what’s stuck in my head. So cheers for introducing me to strapping guys, it’s become a big part in my collection ever since we all got fucked up at tims place that one night.

Day 5: an album that reminds you of someone.
Gorillaz - Demon Days. Reminds me of my bro Joe. Always have this album going whenever we hang out and it’s been like that since this album came out. A pretty solid album, not something I would listen to...

Gorillaz - Demon Days. Reminds me of my bro Joe. Always have this album going whenever we hang out and it’s been like that since this album came out. A pretty solid album, not something I would listen to all the time but in the right mood this is one of my favourites. Shout out to joe for being a good cunt and a great friend.

Day 4: an album that makes you sad.

Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral. This album is actually a beautiful creation, being NIN second album and also their first concept album. The concept revolves around the destruction of man from the beginning of his downward spiral, experiencing religion, dehumanization, violence, disease, society, drugs, sex and suicide. This album really gave NIN commercial success, leading them to be a reputable force in the 90’s. It’s an album I don’t much listen to anymore, but it’s definitely an album that I have a lot of respect for.

Day 3: an album that makes you happy:
Angel witch - Angel Witch, seriously a masterpiece that give me that bubbly fuck yea life is good feeling Everytime I listen to it. No need for explanations, if you’ve heard this you should understand.

Day 2: least favourite album:

To make this easier I’m going to pick an album that I own a copy of, and that would be blur - blur. I really don’t have anything to good to say about this album apart from the song ‘song 2’ has a catchy progression. The album is just filled with the typical English post rock Brit-Pop Liberty. I really didn’t mind the earlier blur albums that much. But with the change of style mixing with their original blur sound, it just did not gel. I would persuade people who want to listen to blur to listen to albums like leisure or modern life is rubbish. But this album to me was the true downfall of this band, and is one that collects dust.
